Our school commemorated Maharashtra Day and International Labour Day on 1st May with dignity and patriotism in the school premises.
The programme began with the National Flag Hoisting, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The teaching and non-teaching staff gathered to pay tribute to the occasion and reaffirm their commitment to the values of unity, service, and dedication.
The significance of Maharashtra Day, which marks the formation of the state of Maharashtra on 1st May 1960, was highlighted, acknowledging the state’s rich cultural heritage and remarkable progress. The occasion also marked International Labour Day, recognizing the invaluable contributions of workers from all walks of life.
