On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Scout and Guide students of our school actively participated in an awareness programme organized at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT), Mumbai.
The students took part in an environment awareness rally, carrying banners and posters with inspiring messages on environmental conservation, waste segregation, tree plantation, and sustainable living. Through their enthusiastic participation, they spread awareness among commuters about the importance of protecting nature and adopting eco-friendly practices.
The programme also included an awareness pledge, where participants reaffirmed their commitment to preserving the environment. Railway officials, Scout and Guide members, and other participants appreciated the students for their confidence, discipline, and meaningful contribution towards creating awareness.
The event served as an excellent platform for students to understand their responsibility towards nature and encouraged them to become active ambassadors for environmental protection.
